What We Do:
• Deliver the self-serve soft-serve ice cream machine to your event on our wheeled cart, approximately 30 minutes before the start of the event to allow plenty of time for set up
• Show you how to pour the soft serve mix into the hopper
• Ensure the soft-serve ice cream is prepared and running effectively
• Provide the amount of cups, spoons, cones and sprinkles pre-determined for your event
• Review tips about the machine and how to fill additional mix (if needed)
• Leave extra mix (if needed)
• Return at the end of the event to clean and pick up the machine. If there are leftovers, we provide food-safe containers.

What You Do:
• Ensure there is a 20-amp/115 volt dedicated circuit to efficiently power the self-serve soft-serve ice cream machine.
• Ensure there is a clear, flat pathway at your location for the cart to remain during the event. If we need to enter a doorway, the doorway clearance must be at least 34in wide.
• Pour provided soft serve mix into the hopper if needed.
• Oversee the machine during your event.
• Have a stress-free dessert, sure to be the hit of your gathering!

What Comes with the Cart:
• If needed, we provide a small white table for the supplies and a sun umbrella at no cost.
• Inside the cart you will find to go containers for any extra ice cream.
• We will provide a dedicated extension cord just for the machine.
• We will also provide a small cooler, that will hold any additional ice cream mix you might need.
